Review of Russian Christian Academy for Humanities has been published since 1997. Until 2005, it was published under the title "Review of Russian Christian Institute for the Humanities". Since 2009, the magazine has been published quarterly. RCAH Review publishes scientific articles, archival materials of scientific value, materials of scientific and scientific-practical events, and a chronicle of scientific life.
Review of Russian Christian Academy for Humanities is a scientific and theoretical peer—reviewed journal summarizing the results of research by scientists from all over the world in the spheres of traditional philosophical disciplines — the history of philosophy, philosophy of culture, philosophy of religion, theology, ontology, logic, ethics, as well as the history and theory of culture and religious studies. The main focus of the magazine is articles based on original results, analytical reviews, and reviews of scientific publications.
The journal is aimed at a professional audience, as well as a wide range of readers interested in worldview issues, the current philosophical situation and the latest research in the field of philosophy, culture, religious studies and theology.
The journal is included in the list of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for the publication of the main scientific results of dissertations for the degrees of Doctor and Candidate of Philosophical Sciences.
