СЕМЬЯ КАК ПРОТОСОЦИАЛЬНАЯ СТРУКТУРА ВО ФРАНЦУЗСКОМ ПЕРСОНАЛИЗМЕ ЖАНА ЛАКРУА И ЭММАНЮЭЛЯ МУНЬЕ И В ФИЛОСОФИИ ИММАНУИЛА КАНТА

Annotation

The purpose of the article is to study the family as a proto- social structure in the French personalism of Jean Lacroix and Emmanuel Mounier, as well as in the philosophy of Immanuel Kant. To achieve this goal, a hermeneutic method is used to study the main philosophicalanthropological and socio- philosophical texts of Jean Lacroix, Emmanuel Mounier and Immanuel Kant, with their subsequent conceptual and comparative analysis. As a result of the conducted research, conclusions are drawn about the significant similarity of the views of the considered thinkers on the designated problem. Philosophers agree with the opinion that the family is the primary, basic and most organic form of social unity of people, and the life force of the family is love. Based on these features, thinkers conclude that the family is a unique social phenomenon that is not embedded in the format of clear philosophical definitions. Jean Lacroix and Emmanuel Mounier solve the problem of studying the family by formulating its descriptive models. Immanuel Kant, in his understanding of the family, proceeds from the dual moral and legal concept of its interpretation.
